Alexander Kneller is a London based designer and maker, establishing his studio in 2007.
After studying for his degree in sculpture at Camberwell College of Arts he spent many years fabricating artwork for an array of international artists and architects including Damien Hirst, Rachel Whiteread, Mona Hatoum, Tonkin Liu Architects, Jake and Dinos Chapman, Tim and Sue Webster and Julian Opie.
Fascinated by organic and natural forms and harnessing the qualities of sustainable materials such as timber, Alexander often works with complex geometric shapes and surfaces.
From his workshop in Victoria, Central London, Alexander works through a constant hands-on process from physically making and digitally designing to evolving and developing prototypes all the way through to small scale production of his designs.
